  • Dissipate negative beliefs and develop a positive platform for wellness & health promotion initiatives.
  • Assess business culture, acceptance of program, & amenability to change.
  • Evaluate measures to be taken to ensure receptivity to the program.
  • Consult with individuals/employees to identify opportunity for growth.
  • Design action plans in response to issues & create a framework of overall programs.
  • Utilize employee communication and education to build interest and trust.
  • Organize, promote, plan and socialize the program.
  • Set a stage for a general atmosphere of co-operation at every level.
